RESERVATION T&C’s

Thank you for making your booking at Esteban. In order to ensure our guests enjoy the restaurant experience as intended, we have a few terms in place. Please read below to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Reservations

NEED TO KNOW.

 

We acknowledge your understanding & acceptance of the below terms & conditions by proceeding with making your reservation.

  • Reservations are only for guests wishing to dine in the restaurant.

  • We hold a limited number of tables for drinks and light bites in our lane-way. Please call us close to your arrival time to hear availability.

  • Reservations may be subject to adjustment, rescheduling, or cancellation in order to comply with NSW government Covid-19 regulations.

  • Reservations made between 12pm - 2:30pm & 5pm - 6:45pm are strictly for a maximum of 2 hours commencing from your reservation time. Please note, we are not able to extend sitting times for latecomers.

  • If you require longer than the allocated 2 hour sitting, we recommend booking after 8pm and/or contacting the restaurant directly to note your request.

  • If your preferred date and time does not display, we're at capacity for this time-slot. Please select our waitlist option from the booking portal or contact the restaurant directly to be notified if a table becomes available.

  • Please let us know any dietaries/allergies prior to your reservation in order for us to best accommodate.

  • All requests will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.

  • Please note that all reservations require a credit card pre-authorisation to confirm the reservation in the diary.

  • Provision of credit card details acts as a guarantee for your reservation and may be charged in the event of a 'no show', or a reduction of guest numbers, or outright cancellation with less than 48 hours notice to the amount of $50 per person. We do our best to accommodate last minute changes where possible, please give us a call as soon as possible if any of the above applies to you.

  • Consideration towards our cancellation policy will be taken should Covid-19 government regulations affect your reservation.

  • Please be aware that a 10% service charge applies to tables with 6+ guests, which goes to the staff looking after your table.

  • For group bookings (14-38 guests) please email us directly to enquire about availabilities: info@estebanrestaurant.com.au


Groups 8+

A party of 8+ is what we consider a group booking for which we have a couple of procedures in place to ensure smooth service 

  • Parties of 8+ are required to dine from our $89 Set Menu to ensure ease of service.

  • Dietaries/allergies must be submitted a minimum of 48 hours prior to your reservation in order for us to accommodate.

  • A 10% gratuity applies to groups of 6+

  • A credit card is required to secure a reservation. In the event of a no show or cancellation with less than 48hrs notice, a $50pp cancellation fee will apply

  • All group reservations that are requesting exclusive use of one of our dining rooms OR exceeds 10 guests will be required to pay a deposit payment of $50 per person, fully redeemable from the final bill at the end of your meal.
