oin us for an intimate The Dalmore Whisky Dinner, celebrating the depth, character and craftsmanship of one of the world’s most renowned whisky houses.

 

Hosted by Josh Davies, Single Malt Whisky specialist – The Dalmore. The evening will take guests through a curated tasting of expressions from The Dalmore range, alongside matched cocktails designed to showcase the versatility and complexity of the whisky.

Each pour will be thoughtfully paired with a shared set menu, created to complement the unique flavour profile of each expression. From spirit tastings to cocktail pairings and food matches, guests will enjoy a guided journey through The Dalmore, with insight into the brand, its story, and the craft behind each bottle.

Jacks Creek sirloin, smoked onion, mustard

Sebago potato, beef tallow vinaigrette 

Romano, chervil, whipped butter beans
